From a Shared Vision to a Software Company
It started with Michael Henshaw — an AI engineer who saw a recurring pattern: businesses struggling with outdated systems, manual processes, and technology that didn't scale. Rather than wait for someone else to fix it, he decided to build the solution himself.
Michael brought in Goodnews Anwana, his course mate and fellow engineer, whose deep expertise in problem solving, software engineering and backend systems made them a formidable technical duo. Together, they began building prototypes, shipping code, and proving that clean engineering could solve real-world chaos.
To complete the picture, they brought aboard Emmanuel Raymond, a close friend with a sharp eye for operations and business strategy. Emmanuel ensured that every line of code translated into measurable business outcomes for their clients.
What began as a collaboration between friends quickly evolved into Blim Tech — a company driven by the conviction that great software should bring calm to complexity. Their flagship product, JAV (Just Attend Virtually), became the proof of concept that launched the company into the wider market.
